What strange times we are all living in,  never have we been further away from our friends, extended family and normal life.  Right now family is more cherished than ever and my Doorstep Mini Sessions provide the perfect way to celebrate this and a way to remember these times for the future. So last week i started my little mini sessions and I have had the most wonderful week out and about capturing some fabulous families on their doorsteps or when safe to do so in their gardens. As always the kind of photographs I like to take are relaxed, natural, honest and fun so here are a few of the lovely families that have made up my week

COMMON QUESTIONS

WHAT HAPPENS ON OUR PHOTOSHOOT?

On the day of the photoshoot i will arrive and either knock on your door or give you a ring. We will need to stay 2 meters apart at all time due to social distancing so please don't get offended if it feels a bit weird. I will do my very best as always to make your session as relaxed and enjoyable as possible 

ARE YOU ALLOWED TO BE PHOTOGRAPHING PEOPLE IN FRONT OF THEIR HOUSES?

Yes. As the government guidelines say, If i cannot work from home I am allowed to work elsewhere as long as i ensure social distancing is implemented.

CAN WE DO THE DOORSTEP PHOTOSHOOT SOMEWHERE ELSE?

If you have access to your garden via a side entrance of if you wish to do the photoshoot on the street in front of your house I am more than happy to do that. I would prefer not to do the photoshoot anywhere else though due to government regulations

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?

Its completely up to you! You could dress in fancy dress, matching PJ'S , everyday wear or just dress for a lovely family portrait on your doorstep. Most of all just be comfortable.
